VerifiedNo the trunk will not actually lift open when released. Only the latch opens.
On the console that is the security light. The vent is just a cover as if you had stability control there would be a switch there. On the console one of those would be for a microphone for the phone system and the other would be for interior scanning which is not for the US market vehicles.
