I have a 2002 Jaguar X Type 3.0. I let the car sit over the summer unused, unstarted, about 5 months total. When attempting to start it to move it into the garage for the winter, I've had a number of problems. Here's a rundown of what has been done/tried:

Replaced Key Fob battery - the key fob did not work to lock/unlock the doors, and being the original battery, I went ahead and replaced it. After replacing, I realized the car battery was also dead.
Replaced car battery - after replacing, attempted to start the car. car cranks, but does not turn over.
Checked Inertia switch - was not open, but pressed down fully to make sure. Car still does not start.
Checked Security Immobilization - No light indicators on the dash are flashing
"Hard Reset" - disconnected negative battery terminal and held to positive battery terminal to discharge capacitors. Reconnected and car still does not start.
Resync Key Fob - Turned key between position I & II 4 times until chime. Pressed button on key fob until chime. Car still does not start.
Checked all fuses - all ok
Checked ECM diode - checked out ok
Checked all fuses and diode seating - all secure and seated in position
Checked P light on shifter - P is illuminated when key in position II. Shifts ok to N. Attempted to start while in position N with no luck. Moved back to P and still no luck.
No engine warnings on the console.

Car was sitting with around 1/4 gas in the tank when I stopped driving it. Everything worked ok before I let it sit.

So as it stands, the car cranks but does not turn over. I've tried all I could find online for possible causes short of having it towed to a dealer to get checked out. I'm hoping to find that magic bullet to get it started again without having to take it in to the shop. It acts as if there is no fuel getting to the engine, but I'm not sure how to check that or if that is even the problem.
