WHEN MAKING LEFT OR RIGHT TURNS GOING AROUND A CORNER THE NOISE WILL OCCUR LIKE A MUFFLED BUMPING. BUT WHEN RIDING ONE THAT IS ROUGHER THE SOUND MAKES A VERY LOUD "THUD" WHEN THE FRAME OF THE CAR IS HIT BY A NON FUNCTIONING SHOCK ABSORBER OR A BROKEN STRUT.
ON A VERY SMOOTH ROAD WITH NO BUMPS THAT CAR RIDES GREAT WITH NO KNOCKING.
MY THINKS THAT THE RIGHT FRONT WEEK IS COMMING OFF, BUT IT DOESN'T.

Based on everything we discussed it does in fact sound like the noise is from the front shocks or the front sway bar bushings/end links. The sway bar can be checked to see if there is movement in the bar. As far as the shocks they can be checked visually to see if the lower bushing is loose or if they are leaking. Also the top plate has two bushings which can wear out causing noises. I have seen bad shocks even though visually they look ok. First the vehicle needs to be put on a lift so the suspension can be checked for any excessive movement or play. Most qualified repair shops should be able to do this for you.
