the code did say p1132 but it said "pending". Now I'm only getting the p1151 code. I have also recorded some live data as well.
Ok P1132 is the O2 sensor reads rich in bank 1 and P1151 is the O2 sensor reads lean on bank 2. The most likely cause of this is a timing problem. On these engines the secondary timing chain tensioners fail causing the chain to jump a tooth on the exhaust cam. To check this we need to remove both valve covers to verify that the cams are all aligned with the flat s facing up.

Ok. Finally had time to get back to it. I got one of the valve covers off...gotta buy some extra tools tomorrow to get the other one off. The 2 cams on the left side are not lined up and I can't find a flat s anywhere on them. Also the coils were covered in oil and the coil shafts were filled with oil.
Ok oil soaked coils are caused by those valve cover gaskets/spark plug seals. If you rotate the engine by hand look at the top front of the cams as there should be flats just behind the sprockets.
