So the digital control panel will not come on at all? Then when it comes on the display will work and you can press all the buttons but the blower fan will not work?

Hello thank you so much for helping me!!!! if I run the car for about 15 min the digital control panel will light up but nothing works none of the buttons work at all
Based on your description I suspect there is a problem with that control module causing your problem. First lets try disconnecting the negative battery terminal cable for 10 minutes in an effort to reset the modules. I do not think this is a fuse issue since you checked them all but it could be a loose ground which are behind the ashtray. I have also seen wiring issues cause this. I have seen issues with the wire harness behind the dash shorting out intermittently causing this. If you could go under the driver side dash and look directly above the brake pedal. You will see a V shaped piece of metal sticking up and the dash harness running just in back of this bracket. SOmetimes the harness will chafe on this causing a short.
