That part is part of the airbag and cant be fixed without replacing the whole airbag unit. That part is about $300 plus installation which is about 1 hour of work. So in reality the job is going to be about $450 total and has to be done at Jag as only Jag makes the part you need.

Hi thanks for the answer. So there is no way to just replace that emblem cause I thought it is just a metal piece that can be taken off and another installed.
I have another question concerning a whistling noise coming from the front of the car. I took it to dealer and they changed the belt but there is still a whistle noise. It is not constant.
And I also have a noise coming from underneath the car and they told me that it is a rusted old bolt that holds the exhaust but that there is no replacement that I have to replace the entire exhaust piece.??
Can i ask these additional questions now or do I have to start all over.

Hi!
The airbag has to be changed to fix your initial request. They do not sell just the emblem or the cover as separate. as far as noises, this is not the place to ask for where noises come from as we cant hear them.....
