Usually the squeaking when driving and turning is a binding suspension component. The usual cause is either a ball joint or tie rod end. Usually a visual inspection along with checking the noise while the vehicle is in the air can pinpoint the source of this noise. Also to be sure grease can be inserted into the component rubber boot. This is not a fix but if the noise goes away then that is the part which needs to be replaced.
