I do not think these are related but lets start with the warnings. When those warnings come on the engine management ECU has detected a fault and stores a fault code. This fault code will need to be read with a compatible scan tool. The cruise warning is actually a restricted performance warning in the addition to the cruise not functioning. You will need to visit a Jag specialist or dealer to have these codes read. You can first try your local parts store like pepboys or autozone as they should have a generic OBD II scan tool you can use for code extraction and usually will read the codes for you at no charge. In the mean time start the engine and listen for a hissing noise when cold ad you most likely have a vacuum leak from the IMT seals on the valves on the right side of the intake. Also check for a split PCV tube under the engine cover. For the ABS warning a Jag factory tool is needed but if there is a wheel speed issue a code C1145, C1155, C1165 or C1175 may be stored in the ECU. For the sunroof lets try to reset it. Press the sunroof button to tilt open the roof. Then press and hold it til the glass moves slightly about 20 seconds. Release it and press and hold the close switch again and the roof should complete a full travel cycle. The wiper problem is usually just a faulty wiper relay in the engine compartment fuse box relay R1.
