I have 2002 s type I got in this morning and my headlights would not come on. The high beams work. The right side

Customer: I have 2002 s type I got in this morning and my headlights would not come on. The high beams work. The right side running light is working but the left side running light is also out. I checked all of the fuses and they are fine.
Question..is it likely that both headlight bulbs and a running light would all go out around the same time, or am I looking at a ground or the light switch? I leave the switch on auto all the time.

It is possible that the bulbs have blown. We really need a voltmeter to check the circuit as each bulb has power from the 10 amp fuses in the passenger fuse box and it is the FEM module that ground the bulb from an input from the switch. If we can get a voltmeter we should be able to diagnose the circuit.
