Based on your description I suspect it is either an upper/lower control arm bushing, air strut or sway bar link/bushing. This can usually be checked with just a visual inspection looking for any excessive movement or travel in the suspension components. The sway bar can be difficult to rule out. A quick test would be to drive on a fairly smooth road then make quick steering maneuvers side to side so the weight of the vehicle shifts side to side. If you hear the clunk then the noise is most likely in the bar and the bushings and end links need to be checked and replaced. Hope this helps.
That reservoir error is usually a problem with the compressor or a leak in the system. I do think we have a problem with that air strut.
