The problems may or may not be related. The CATS is the computer suspension for the shocks. I first recommend we go into the trunk and locate the CATS module under the spare tire cover. Look for signs of water or corrosion in the connector. If all is clean and secure it may be a fault with one of the shocks. For the ABS/DSC it may be a fault with a speed sensor or electronic booster solenoid. To be sure a Jag factory tool or equivalent needs to be hooked up to scan all the control modules for the stored fault codes.
