Based on your description it sounds like you may have clogged cat converters, a weak fuel pump or possibly the timing chain has in fact jumped. All will cause the symptoms you described. You can verify the timing is not the problem by removing the valve cover. Since cylinders 1-4 are the problem remove the passenger side valve cover. Inspect to see if the secondary timing chain tensioner has broken and the front of the cam flat spots are not aligned. You may want to check the driver side too just in case. For the fuel pump we need to install a fuel pressure gage to the rail to monitor the fuel pump output.
