I'm here to help you and your 100% satisfaction is my goal.Be sure the batteries fully charged , this can be caused by a faulty starter relay ignition switch or starter . Also checked to make sure the cables are clean and tight at the battery and also where they connect to the car , At the starter relay check for B+ at pin 3 always. Check for B+ at pin 1 with key on. Check for a ground signal in the crank position on pin 2, this pin is grounded by the ECM when it is ok to start. Pin 5 carries the power out of the relay on the Yellow wire to the solenoid.
