Hello and welcome to justanswer.com
Based on your description it sounds like a problem with the electronic throttle. All those warnings will come on if the throttle is failing or it can be a brake switch as well. Since all the warnings are on we need to see what fault codes are stored in the control modules. A Jaguar factory scan tool will be needed to do this but since your vehicle is OBD II a generic scan tool can be used to read the codes from the ECM only. I recommend a trip to your local autozone or parts store as they will usually scan for codes at no charge. If you can get the four digit code number (ex P0121) we will be able to pinpoint the problem.
