The creaking issue is usually the sunroof glass seal or a door seal where the door meets the body. In most cases the seal will need to be replaced and the doors properly adjusted. This should be covered under warranty for you. Open the sunshade and push up on the glass to see if you can hear this creak.
The clips are for the headliner where they attach to the sunroof track. That noise is usually a rattle where the seal is more of a creak. Open the shade and with the sunroof closed push up on the back of the glass and listen for the creak. If the sunroof is not making noise then it is one of the rear door seals creaking. This can be a loud and annoying noise but can be fixed with new seals and a door adjustment. This would not be under any lemon law as this does not effect the safety or reliability of your vehicle.
