Sounds like you have a problem with the electronic throttle or possibly a brake switch. When those warning lights come on the control modules have detected a fault and store a fault code. This code will need o be read with a Jag scan tool. Before going to the dealer I recommend you go to your local parts store like autozone or pepboys as they will usually scan for these codes at no charge. Their tool will only be able to communicate with the engine control module but that should be enough for us to go with. Once you have the code numbers let me know what they are.
