Just wanted to let you know that I managed to get the DTC codes out from the car using AutoEnginuity Enhanced Jaguar OBDII reader package and they are as follows:
Enhanced Powertrain:
P1388 Variable Camshaft Timing Over Retarded, Bank 2
Status: Stored
Freeze Frame for DTC 1388
Fuel System Status Bank One: Closed Loop
Fuel System Status Bank Two: Not Reported
Calculated Load: 50%
Coolant Temp: 214 F
Short Term Fuel Trim Bank One: 5.46 %
Long Term Fuel Trim Bank One: -0.78 %
Short Term Fuel Trim Bank Two: 1.56 %

For that code you will need to first reprogram the PCM. WHat happens is the PCM will set that code falsely. The reprogram does not fix the code all the time. Sometimes it can be the VVT carrier itself or a program with oil pressure.
