Is the noise a droaning or resonance around 25-40 mph while driving? Is it worse under load like climbing a hill?
Ok
The I would agree that it is the aspirator motor for the in vehicle temp sensor. You will be able to hear them but they are usually quiet and will not be heard over normal road noises. If the noise is excessive then it should be replaced. I recommend you go to the delaer and ask to hear the motor in another vehicle. If the noise is significantly less than your then they should replace the motor.
