Company is liquidated, Asset has...
Company is liquidated, Asset has not arrived, liquidator takes ownership when it arrives sells it and keeps proceeds. Bank claim from Director they have a personal guarantee, are they correct in suing the director or should they have sued liquidator for retention ??
