1. If a conveyance is mentioned in house deeds, it is possible to get a copy of the conveyance in either the Land Registry (Property Registration Authority www.pra.ie) if it is registered land or in the Registry of Deeds (Henrietta Street, Dublin) if it is unregistered land. In that way, you can see a copy of the conveyance and see its exact terms. I would advise you to get a solicitor to help you if you are unfamiliar with these things.
