Alleged offences occurred in the Usa by a Irish Citizen, extradition request under part 2 of the 1965 act,

1. The answer is yes, there is an equivalent offence for ID THEFT but not for wire fraud. So, extradition can happen but only in relation to the ID THEFT. Please Rate the answer and also the answer to the other question.
