hi buachaill i already paid for advice just a quick one is it my summons copy that has to be signed

1. Yes, you should sign all copies of the Summons you are issuing, as otherwise it will not be a valid copy of the Summons. Be aware that one copy of the Summons must be kept by you, one served on the Defendant and one left with the court office. So you will need at least four copies in total as you should keep one copy yourself along with the original.
