1. Getting an injunction will costs about 6,500 euros in the Circuit Court for your own costs and about 25,000 euros in the High Court. Be aware that you will have to give an undertaking as to damages to the other side in order to obtain your injunction. This means that if they suffer loss as a result of the granting of the injunction, that you will bear any loss should you lose your case in the end. However, it is rare that any applicant in injunctions proceedings has had to pay damages to the other side.
