JA: Have you talked to a local attorney? Has anything been filed in court?
Customer: No

Customer: replied 5 months ago.
No it has not, suggestions? Or just a starting point to start in the right direction.
You want to begin there and register it with that office. Their website walks you through the steps. You also can have an Intellectual property lawyer walk it through and expedite.martindale.com and findlaw.com are both excellent lookup directories. Both highly rated. Both used by lawyers. Easy to search and find local options. If I can clarify or explain anything further, just ask me. kindly rate me 5 stars.
