Hi - my name is ***** ***** I'll be glad to assist. A copyright is reserved to art, literary works, a short phrase or a business title wouldn't be eligible for a copyright. But, it could be possible to trademark the name/title. Also, there's a such thing as a common law trademark, which is obtained by the owner as soon as the title is used in commerce. Also, it would be possible to seek a registered trademark with the USPTO. Here's a good link that outlines the process:
