My wife wants to create a Christian-themed merchandise line that has "Forever Royal" in the tag line...with the dual meaning for related verses in the Bible as well as to build on the Kansas City Royal's success. We live in KC. She would not use the same font or Royals logo. How can we check to see if anyone has Copy Rights to that "Forever Royal" line?
