I have a 1930 ES JLG, 2006. When I try to charge the batteries, all the lights come on and there is no flashing of the lights. Not sure what is happening.

Do you have a voltmeter to test battery pack and each battery? You say lights, I assume you mean the charger lights. The charger does not see the voltage it needs to start charging. So it faults out, and does not start charge. I'm thinking bad battery or cable.

I checked all the batteries with a voltage meter and cleaned the connections. The batteries are fine and so are the connections.
