I have a 2004 Yale GLC120 that has started to push hydraulic

Customer Question

I have a 2004 Yale GLC120 that has started to push hydraulic fluid out the top of the tank down the breather hose and out the breather vent. It is moving a large amount of hydraulic oil out through the vent. I am trying to figure out what is causing this.

Hydraulic pump is sucking air or is aerating from a plugged suction filter. Check the suction hose between the tank ad the hydraulic pump suction side. Look for loose connection or hole in a hose.

Curtis,I am going to have to go back to my other location to check this out. It may be in the morning before I can get back to it.

I assure you I will get back to you. It is amazing how much fluid it's putting out

It is the symptom, not the problem! Oil is foaming!
