Generator will be coupled to the engine with a drive place, have you removed the bolts from drive plate to flywheel? Usually there will be cover on the engine end of the generator that would give access to the drive bolts, would take to remove one, turn engine till next bolt is exposed, repeat until all bolts are removed, without model number, can not be exact! Or can you post pictures?

theres nothing wrong with the mechanic however your system to charge for everything gets a little to expensive.

One charge does all, expect phone . So for us to continue on computer is the 18 dollars total. Can you send picture?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I don't see any plate to remove to gain access to the bolts

Bolts an be from flywheel side back toward generator, Through starter hole, or other plate on engine flywheel housing. Has to be a way to unbolt the drive plate!
