Generac NP65D. Will not seemingly flow water. Took pump off,

Customer Question

Generac NP65D. Does not seem to flow water. What can cause this?Took pump off, looks good, turns smoothly, no leaks, thermostat opened about 180-190 in  a teat pan on stove??? Just had radiator recored cause tank split. Water flows through repaired radiator from top left inlet to lower outlet, no issue there.

Could there have been a "air lock" when I replaced radiator. I filled it slow and I have not heard of that on engine/radiator layout that is so basic.
