I am an aspiring entrepreneur from Brazil and not a US

Hello Guillermo, thanks for the reply. No I don't have any other citizenship, only Brazilian citizenship. Alright I cannot qualify for the E visas, but what about the L1? Or the EB1C? Or even the International Entrepreneur Rule? Can't I qualify for any of those? Thanks in advance.

I am gonna be honest, I don't have that much money because I recently dropped out of university to become an entrepreneur. So I can invest only about $3k. Most of the money that I would raise for the company would come from american venture capitalists or angel investors. And I would grow the company from there. I am open to answer any question that you have. Thanks.

Thank you.Just one thing that appeared in my mind due to your last answer:VCs never make transactions to people, they only make transactions to companies and institutions (it would even be against the rules of the contract if I transfer this money to my personal bank account). Given that, in future rounds of investments (Series A+...), the VCs would transfer the money from their banks to the American company that I registered (the C Corp registered in Delaware), I would transfer this money to the Brazilian company and THE BRAZILIAN COMPANY would make the investment in the US company to open a new office/generate jobs and pay taxes... But you said: "and as long as YOU ARE responsible for the later investment amount, and it is at risk when you invest it in the U.S. company". Is this a problem? The investment wouldn't come from my personal bank account in my name, the money would come from the company THAT I OWN (because I would be the main owner of the company and there would be other shareholders).
