This is regarding RFE for I-751 petition: For I-751: 1.
For I-751:1. Should I highlight the names on documents using a highlighter; sometimes names aren't on the first page. Should I mention in the cover letter that look for names on the second page or something like that?2. Statements related to some accounts show joint ownership. These accounts are now closed. Should I mention in the cover letter that these accounts are closed?3. Some joint bank accounts were opened recently and they don't span the marriage period. Should I mention in the cover letter that these were opened recently?4. My Life Insurance Policy shows spouse as the beneficiary. My spouse's LIP shows me and her mom as the beneficiary. Also the value of her LIP is less than mine because I earn more. Should I mention that in the cover letter?5. There are multiple travel tickets which show our travel together. Should I highlight the travel date on the tickets because there are many dates on the ticket - ticket purchase date; order date etc.6. We got married in 2017; the status was adjusted in March 2018. We only have call logs which show many calls between us after 2018 and not for 2017. We have joint bank account statements for 2017. Is that a concern? Could someone see this as inconsistent as to why the call logs for 2017 haven't been attached?7. Our old phone bills have both my wife and my number. But they erroneously shows my name corresponding to her phone number in the bill. Should I attach such phone bill as the evidence? The 2020 bills have correct information. Would it be ok if we attach only 2020 phone bills and not the bills for 2017, 2018 and 2019?8. Is there such a thing as too much evidence?… read more
