Customer Question

Hi, I have some questions regarding the AOS interview
JA: Have you filed any paperwork with the U.S. government?
Customer: yes
JA: Have you talked to a lawyer?
Customer: No
JA: Anything else you want the lawyer to know before I connect you?

1. Electronic Tax returns papers doesn’t contain our signatures as it was electronic signature. We used turbo tax for tax returns
2. W2 status was single as petitioner never changed, because it was electronic she never realized that she forgot to change the marital status. We recently changed and expecting only in her last pay stub it will show married before the interview
3. We don’t have a joint utility bill, the bill in under Applicants/beneficiary’s name only

Since there are many details to your question it would be better if we speak over the phone. I've sent you the link for accepting the phone call. There is a small additional fee, once you accept the site will allow us to speak over the phone. Let me know whether or not you'd like to do that and we'll proceed from there. Thanks!
