Why did they deny you in 2009?

Customer: replied 2 months ago.
i haven't sealed my records yet
Expert:  Jen Marie, Esq. replied 2 months ago.

Not having your records sealed is not a reason for them to deny you. What was your crime and what is your question today?

Customer: replied 2 months ago.
I sealed my records in 2013 after I applied in 2009.
i was able to get a teaching license through the State of Nevada.
I am now wondering if it's a good time to apply for citizenship now that I have sealed my records and haven't had any legal issues for more than 10 years.
i am looking for a good legal representation if needed.
please advise.
