Hello Jennifer,
I am currently employed by company A and on H1 B visa. My I-94 is valid till May 2017. My employer applied for H1 B Amendment as I had a contract with client C through B, location in California. My employer location is Texas. Received RFE from USCIS to be submitted by July 6th. Employer A submitted all the requested information for the RFE by July 6th. My current contract with client C ended on July 15th. I am about to finalize new contract with other companies with currently employer A. Online RFE status in USCIS show RFE was rejected. I need to talk to my employer. What are the options?
Expert:  Jen Marie, Esq. replied 1 year ago.

What do you mean the RFE was rejected?

Response from USCIS "we denied your Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker"
