Customer Question

My daughter is a US citizen. She is 14 years old. I am her mother but will be petioned by my daughter when she becomes 18. Problem is I already have a family in the Philippines and could not leave them in my country. If my daughter petitioned me in 4 years, will my family be included in the petion also? Thanks. Anne

This is Samuel. Unfortunately each family member would need a separate petition. And your daughter will need to show that she is financially able to help support each member she petitions. Additionally, she can only petition a parent after reaching the age of 21.
