I need an immigration expert. How much will this cost? So my
The Expert's answer will cost $10 to $100, depending on the issue type and time to respond. You'll see the exact amount on the next page and can decide then. It's way less expensive and more convenient than any face-to-face visit.Customer: So my wife and her daughter came to the U.S. after we married. Her daughter was under 18 when we married so she came on my wife's application. They both have green cards with conditions on them due to the timing of our wedding. Now we have applied to have the conditions removed on an I-751 though her daughter is now 20. My wife received the letter extending her green card 18 months while the application is reviewed. But no mention of her daughter was with it. We called and we were told one would be sent to us. But we travel back to England in a week and still no letter of extension for her daughter, who's green card expires Jan. 12, 2019. My questions are these: Were we correct to put her daughter on the same I-751? and Is there any reason they would not let her daughter back into the country when our trip is over on Dec. 28, 2018, assuming no other reasons like felonies etc, have occurred?… read more
