acabo de entrar al sitio q me dijo pero ud no me entendio o me disculpa si no me explique bien ,en la pag q se refiere a la visa humanitaria se habla de personas q estan practicamente deshabilitadas y es una posibilidad muy remota queremos saber de una via para poderla traer q no sea tan complicada ,como por ej un parole familiar ,donde su hijo la reclama .

No existe. Entiendo de lo que usted esta hablando, pero no existe la manero. Ultimamente los Cubanos han tenido unas 20,000 visas adicionales cada año y al principio los primeros que entraron ahi podian venir mucho mas rapido, pero ya se llenaron todos los cupos y ahora hay lista de espera.

 

Asi que seria hacer la Visa Humanitaria o esperar hasta que el se pueda hacer ciudadano porque no existe categoria para padres de Residentes, solamente padres de Ciudadanos. Lo siento.

el 21 de nov de 2007 el dpto de seguridad interna anuncio el comienzo del programa de parole de reunificacion familiar cubano ,donde dice q los residentes estadounidenses solo pueden reclamar a sus padres ,solamente .por una solicitud I-130 me puede hablar con relacion a esto .yo estuve llenando la solicitud por internet y cdo casi acabe al final te piden la firma de un abogado legal y su codigo ,digame sabe ud de esto

Ese es el programa de que le estaba hablando donde se aloco 20,000 visas mas por año pero eso solamente ayuda en las categorias de visas disponible que son:

 

Hijos solteros de ciudadanos que son mayor de 21.

Hijos casados de ciudadanos que son mayor de 21.

Hijos menores de residentes.

Hijos mayored de residentes (que son solteros).

Esposos o esposas de residentes.

 

No hay categoria para padres de residentes.
