My wipers just stopped working - they will not turn on The car has 3000 miles on it, it's new It's extremely cold and has been snowing All day
JA: Have you checked the fuses? Do you know if there is power to the wiper motor?
Customer: I do not - how could I check this?
JA: What is the model/year of your Hyundai?
Customer: 2016 Hyundai Tucson

Just turn the key on without starting the engine and turn the wipers on, do you hear any noise associated with turning on the wipers, Try moving the wiper arms outside of the car by hand, do they move freely? or do they not move freely? is there alot of resistance on the wiper arms?
