Keys are in the trunk but we can't get the trunk open, Can

Customer Question

Keys are in the trunk but we can't get the trunk open
JA: Have you tried silicone spray or WD-40?
Customer: Can you go through inside of the car to get to the trunk?
JA: What is the model/year of your Hyundai?
Customer: 2013 Sonata limited
JA: Are you fixing your Sonata Limited yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: No, this is what happened. The car was started and my husband put the keys in his jacket. We threw the jackets in the trunk and closed the trunk. The alarm went off.
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: The trunk won't open from the outside or the button from inside
