My rear hatch will not unlock, its making noise like it is

my rear hatch will not unlock
JA: Is this your first time dealing with this issue?
Customer: its making noise like it is trying ... I tried to manually unlock open but it just wont release becasue of being locked.
JA: What is the model/year of your Hyundai?
Customer: I also at the same time have issues with the key fob being able to unlock or lock the drivers door
JA: What year is your Hyundai?
Customer: 2007 vera cruz
JA: Are you fixing your vehicle yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: I would like to because no one including the dealer has figured it out yet...
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?

Here is the liftgate wire diagram.

Here is the liftgate trim and latch views I have.

We need to get the gate trim off first to get into the gate to watch the lock actuator and see if we can manually move the actuator and latch to get the gate open. Then we can test the signals to the actuator to see what is missing or what is weak and worn out using a volt ohm meter. Can you try to get in and get the gate open first.
