Customer Question

I soldered into a wire to get power for an accessary I douched ground by accident and now I get no power from that wire I checked all the fuses I can't find any blown. I started my car after this I was going to move it and it wouldn't allow me to take it out of park. Apparently that wire I used has something to do with the shifter.
JA: Does the vehicle have a fuse that enables or disables the shifter?
Customer: I checked all fuses and could not find a blown won
JA: What is the model/year of your Hyundai?
Customer: it is a 2013 Hyundai sonata . one more thing when I checked the fuses in the dash there was no power on all those fuses under the hood there was
JA: Are you fixing your Sonata yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Yes, and I just tested the fuses
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
