Speedometer is inop. but when you monitor the vehicles speed

speedometer is inop. but when you monitor the vehicles speed thru a scan tool it reads the speed and the instrument cluster has been replaced
JA: What is the model/year of your Hyundai?
Customer: 2006 sonata 3.3l
JA: Are you fixing your Sonata yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: yes I have monitor the speed vehicle speed and I was told the cluster has been replaced
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: and also checked the wiring and connectors
JA: Have you checked all the fuses? Do you have a wiring diagram?
Customer: I have a Haynes manual but does not show pin or connector numbers
