2007 hyundai sonata harsh reverse, code p0708 (scanner shows transmission is in D when car is in reverse) replaced range sensor and replaced TCM still same problem

Hi. You might have a short in the harness from the TCM/PCM to the transmission range switch. Or you may have a bad ground, or the range switch is not adjusted properly. There is a service bulletin from Hyundai on how to check and repair this concern.
