2007 hyundai sonata 3.3 horn isn't working. There's power at the fuse but no power at the plug for the horn. Common cause?

Most common is the horn you will not get a voltage reading at the horn unless you are using a meter its very low .Have you used a meter and the horn button needs to be pressed in to see if power is there .
