Customer Question

I have a 2008 hyundai elantra which ran just fine. I tried to jump my truck with the elantra and apparently now my elantra will crank but not start, please help. I thought perhaps it was the fuse coming from the battery that might be blown.

does it crank? did you hook up the jumpers backwards?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
it cranks, however I hooked up the jumper cables correctly, but a neighbor, who was supposed to be helping accidently hooked them up backwards!
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
However, keep in mind the car would crank but not turn over, BEFORE he hooked the cables up backwards.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Sorry, what I mean is that it sounds just like it would when I start it, however it just won't turn over, sounds like it is on the verge but just does not turn over.
