Customer: 3.5L and yes I have an OTC Encore, can read code, provides no repair info nor does DirectHit. I can do VCMA relearn and it showed relearn accepted however MIL light still on and can't clear code

This code is for the variable charge actuator for the emissions system. I would first try resetting the code if that doesnt work remove the actuator and see if anything is getting in the way of activating properly. See the attached notes. Let me know if you have any questions, thanks. Charlie
