Hello I will help you with your question,

These are very small clearances. The standard you can have on an engine at 68F is .0079" intake and .011 exhaust the range is .0047 -.0110 intake and .0079 - .0150 for the exhaust.

As long as there is some clearnace and the lobe is not holding the valve open and the clearance does not exceed the limits above then that would be the minimum.

Once you have the correct shims installed you should measure at least .0067 but not more than .0091 for the intake and .0098- .0122 for the exhaust.
