Replaced cylinder head (2) after complete rebuild of both

Customer Question

Replaced cylinder head (2) after complete rebuild of both heads due to broken timing belt. Vehicle has excessive lifter noise that will not subside. Need information as to whether or not left cylinder head is located adjacent to radiator. Insufficient oil to lifters and oil light is on, already replace oil sending unit. Vehicle runs ok otherwise.
