Hello and welcome!
My name isCustomerand I can assist you with your question.
This problem can be caused by a bad engine control relay. This relay provides power to the crankshaft position sensor (and other components) and if this relay goes bad, the crank sensor will not work correctly and it can set this code. I would check engine control relay next.

would that be in the fuse box under the hood?
Expert:  Amedee replied 2 years ago.
That is correct! You got it!!!
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
I haven't got it yet. It was just a question. Is that relay marked?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
How do I test the relay?
Expert:  Amedee replied 2 years ago.
You can ohm the relay out or just switch with another relay.
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
Its the only relay like it in the fuse box. Which terminals do I test to ohm it out?
Expert:  Amedee replied 2 years ago.
The instruction do not say which terminals. Try to ohm out those in different combinations. The relay should ohm out at approximately 70 to 80 homes
